How do I access my partner area?

Is this your first visit?

If you received an email inviting you to access the partner area, click “Create an account”. Use the same email address at which you received our invitation. You will then choose a password and receive an email to confirm the creation of your account.

Have you already created your account?

Enter your email address and password in the “Login” form, then click “Submit”.

Have you forgotten your password?

Click “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email address and you will receive a link allowing you to choose a new password.

Have you created your account but not received the confirmation email?

First check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the message, you can create the account again using the same email address to receive a new confirmation email.

Is your email address not recognised when creating your account?

Access is reserved for invited accommodation partners. Make sure you are using the email address at which you received our invitation. If the problem persists, please contact us.
